  1. Our MedWorks Team will send out a request for the client to join their respective Box fileshare accounts.

  2. An Invite will be sent from Box on behalf of the MedWorks team.

3. Please promptly accept the Invite from your email upon receipt.

4. Fill-out the requested information requested upon sign-up.

a. Please note that the client's email address will be pre-filled.

b. Please proceed to create your account.


c. Please Note:

  • Providing your phone number is not mandatory.

  • Do Not Check “I live in European Economic Area Or U.K.”

  • Please click Submit.

d. Note: Clients must verify their email address.

5. There will be an email sent to your registered email address, which you provide upon registration.

6. Once Verified you will be brought into box with an introductory screen, Please click ”Get Started”

7. You will now be in your box account and can upload and view any documents related to Service Requests
