This guide is show you how to setup your Service Marketplace - Service Level Scheduling Store Configurations for Master Contractors

Please note, we have two types of Market Places.

  1. Service Market Place

    1. Order Level Scheduling

    2. Service Level Scheduling

  2. Product Marketplace

Considering the type of your business select any one. This is important to identify before setting up the catalogue, as the catalogue template is different for all Marketplaces.

Let’s go through SERVICE LEVEL SCHEDULING catalogue and configuration settings.

Service Level Scheduling: Each service in an order will be scheduled separately and will have different tasks on Provider

Go to Get Started tab then click on Setup your appointment configurations, and select In-Person Or Virtual Or Both:

For Virtual services, if your licence/certifications are restricted to one state/province, you can create a geofence. If not, then select No Serving Restrictions

For In-person services, if your services are restricted to specific area, create a geofence:

Now go to Account tab, click on Preference, Scroll Down and select SCHEDULING as Delivery Option first

Scroll Down and select Service Market place, and choose Service Level Scheduling Under Workflow:

Let’s start the Preference & Configuration settings:

Select a Date range first, click on (+) button

Now, follow the same settings as per the screenshots for the rest of the settings:

For Buffer time, keep it as the highest service time in minutes.

SERVICE LEVEL SCHEDULING CATALOGUE:

Product Only Catalogue Preview on medworks website is below:

Only your products will be listed on your store

Product & Categories Catalogue Preview on medworks website is below:

You can add multiple categories, and within each category you can add multiple products

FOR PRODUCT ONLY option, follow below steps:

Now Go to Catalogue tab and select any one of the option to be added

For Product Only option, click on the tab and start adding the details:

Select any one Price type from the drop down list.

For Example: If you have selected Minute as a Price type and the service time is 15 mins

(This means you will be charging $10 for 15 mins) In order to set it up

On the price mention the price let’s say $10/15 , and on Service time mention the same service time i.e.15 min.

Now click on scheduling, and add the date range and time when you will be providing the services.

Click on (+) sign and select Save

If you want to select day/time for only specific days (Let’s say only 1 day) then select that date/day and update timings simultaneously for each day:

Click on (+) sign and select Save

Note: For each Servive uploaded, you will have to schedule the timings separately.

IMAGES: You can upload as many images as you want

Now Click on Add:

Your services will be listed here.

Now Let’s have look at Categories and Products Option:

For Categories & Product option, click on the tab and start adding the details:

First you will have add the category details and click on Save

Now your Category will be added, and you will have to add products under each category you will create:

On the RHS of category name, you will see three vertical dots, navigate your cursor to it and drop down options will appear. Click on Add product option and start adding the products:

Select any one Price type from the drop down list.

Now, your services will be added in the category you choose.

You can add multiple categories too.
